Yes, we ship throughout Italy and shipping is free.

We also ship abroad. Shipping prices are €30 for Europe and €50 USA.

The right of withdrawal can be applied to the product returned in its entirety and which complies with the following conditions:
  • the good must be intact and complete in all its parts, including packaging
  • the goods must be accompanied by the return form that you received via email at the time of the return request
  • the goods and their parts must not be altered in any way in their composition (e.g. labels, ribbons, laces, etc.)
The right of withdrawal is totally lost if one of the conditions listed above is missing.

The product can be returned within 14 days of receiving the package. By filling out the appropriate form here. Wait for confirmation of the return and send the package within 2-3 days of receiving the confirmation.

You can prepare your return by inserting the product you intend to return into the receipt box, together with the return form received via email. Be sure to reseal the packaging to avoid tampering during transport. The costs incurred for shipping the order are not refundable, the choice of courier is the responsibility of the customer

The refund of the returned product will take place within 14 days of receipt of the goods at our warehouses, through a refund procedure of the amount charged using the same payment method used by the customer for the purchase. The refund will lapse when the conditions listed in the previous return conditions paragraph do not exist.

Once the purchase has been completed and payment has been verified, you will receive an email confirming your order with the relevant details. If you do not receive it, please contact our customer support. At any time, you will be able to access your reserved area where, in the YOUR ORDERS section, you will find the list of orders placed by you and the related details on the products and their progress.
